Ragdoll sockers

A game made by Jeronimas Boots, Tagni Geudens, Elias Claeys and myself for the xbox game camp game jam. Which allowed us to work on this project and experience the short development time that we were given of just a few days.


I worked on:
- The player movement
- Bomb throwing and explosion mechanics
- Destructable terrain
- Audience jumping
- Scoreboard system
- The intro screen
- I made the trailer video for the game

MayHamster

Currently in development! More to come!

4 player game where three players control a hamster and one player controls a human. The goal for the hamsters is to kill themselves in any way nessecary. The human must prevent hamsters from dying!


I worked on:
- The player movement
- Round system
- The camera system that switches the cameras for the players, so you keep looking at one spot while you switch to a human or hamster
- Worked on the window death mechanic
- Body system
- Points system.
- UI implementation
- Notification system to let the human know what is turned on/off

CoinHeist

Game for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System)

A game where your goal is to get 10 coins before the other player! You can sabotage them using a gun, bombs or use a ghost ability to pass through objets!


I worked on:
- The player movement
- Coin and item collection system
- Collision detection and implementation
- Bomb throwing & exploding
- Ghost ability

My timeline

Started Learning Programming

2015

Began to study at CodeFever learning programming using scratch.

Learned HTML, CSS, JS, Python and basics of ethical hacking from CodeFever

Became a Teacher Assistant for Codefever summercamp and in the weekends

2021

Started assisting other students aged 8-15 in learning scratch and minecraft education edition (scratch 3d)

Started Game Development at Digital Arts & Entertainment

2023

Began my journey of learning C++ for game development, in Kortrijk

Became a teacher for Codefever

2026

After many years of working as an assistant, I applied to become a teacher. And started teaching students the basics of programming just like I did back in 2015
